Whisper in the Wind project brought people together during the covid pandemic, so folks wouldn’t feel so alone. Community members were asked to capture a memory of love, hope, and/or empathy by drawing or writing on the flags. They were placed 6 feet apart to symbolize social distancing. The wind was now free to carry their stories around the world.
